Environmental Law

Legislation affecting the Environment is scattered around every conceivable Act of Parliament and of the Provinces, making keeping up with it a virtual impossibility.

Environmental law has no single source. The wide range of its sources and application make keeping up with the changes in policy, legislation and decisions a difficult task, while failure to comply with the law has potentially far-reaching consequences, both financially and ecologically. There is no better way to keep up with the changes and to have expert opinion on these than subscribing to the Environmental Law Sibergramme: it keeps you on the cutting edge.
